Very great crew. Arrived promptly in the morning and had the roof torn off and replaced by end of day. They were very nice, cleaned up after themselves, and professional. I made sure to walk the yard for nails and trash afterwards and found nothing. Would recommend to anyone who needs anything from a small repair to a large job done.

Outstanding customer service. I could reach Nick (one of the owners) anytime I called. Promptly dispatched an awesome project manager who came out on a Saturday (ahead of schedule) for about two hours to assess what I needed. Price for an entirely new roof was definitely less than anticipated and based on the positive, professional experience I was comfortable to move ahead without shopping additional estimates. Work was scheduled for about two weeks later - the crew showed up around 7:15 in the morning and were pushing shingles off by 8:00. I returned home from work to a great looking roof and a driveway that was cleaned up immaculately.

Working with Steve and Thunder Bay was a pleasure. He came out and did a detailed assessment and more importantly spent a lot of time to make sure I understood every aspect of the repairs including pros and cons of each approach. Once we agreed on a plan, and his team showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Unfortunately, we ran into an issue where I wasn't completely satisfied with the initial job, aesthetically it just really didn't sit well. Without any pushback, Steve agreed to send his guys out again at no charge to make it right. They came back the following week and did an excellent job. We are very happy with Steve and his team and would 100% work with them again. Can't go wrong with these guys.

A while back a strong wind storm blew down part of my roof. I found Thunder Bay on the internet and they did an awesome job fixing it. Since then, my ceiling leaked during a heavy rainstorm. They found the breach on the roof and fixed that section, matching the rest of the shingles. I wanted to re-side the house. The old asbestos was crumbling. Guess who did a great job? Here’s the end result. I highly recommend Thunder Bay. Their prices are reasonable and their crew does great work.

Steve is great. Really communicative, great customer service and very honest about the process. We had to make some adjustments to the roof replacement and he was on top of clarifying the details to the change. Will definitely use again!

I needed a roof installed, so a friend of mine recommended me, to try this company, because she had a beautiful experience with them. So I called on 12-4-23 for a consultation, Nick Perz answered.He was very polite and had a beautiful personality. He had me laughing at a time when I was frustrated about my roof,,now that's awesome, lol. So the consultation was set for 12-6-23. Nick was on time and was the perfect gentleman (in person). He took his time explaining the history of his company, his credentials and what to expect on the day, of the installation. There were no pressures with Nick. His presentation was out of this world. He insisted that after he's finished explaining the different applications of installing a roof and the materials used, I would know how to install and he's right,,,lol. During the consultation, I was completely comfortable about everything being told to me, especially his unbeatable and fair prices. Thunder Bay roofing really is an amazing company. Nick was our go to guy and he helped us from beginning to end plus some. Our home owners took their time with payments but Nick and his crew delivered our supplies the day before the job was to be completed and they finished the job same day. Our entire roof had to be replaced and it was a huge mess. Their clean up job was absolutely superb. You could not even tell our entire roof was replaced. I absolutely love the different color patterns they offer for your roof. They also replaced our flat and gave us a whole new gutter system all the same day. The guys were amazing.
